A Bhakti Yoga & Kirtan Pilgrimage
25 October-7Â November of 2026
We’re going back to India for our annual pilgrimage—and this time, the journey is truly extraordinary.
Raghunath and his team will be guiding pilgrims and spiritual seekers to a holy place that has been on Raghunath's spiritual bucket list since his early twenties: Badrinath Dham—the sacred Himalayan shrine where Veda Vyasa compiled the Vedas in a cave more than 5,000 years ago.
This is not a vacation. This is a true pilgrimage.
The Real Deal
Nearly 80% of our journey will take us through the breathtaking Himalayas, following sacred rivers as we wind our way up to 8,000 feet and beyond. We’ll travel through snow-capped peaks, emerald valleys, ancient temples, and holy river confluences—some of the most awe-inspiring and spiritually charged landscapes on Earth.
After touching the heights of the Himalayas and the sacred seat of Badrinath, we’ll conclude our journey in Govardhan and Vrindavan—the land of love, devotion, and Lord Krishna—where the heart naturally softens and bhakti comes fully alive.
This is one of the world’s great spiritual corridors: a living sacred geography that sages, yogis, and pilgrims have walked for thousands of years.

The Journey Itself
We’ll spend two nights in Devprayag, where holy rivers meet, and we’ll visit and stay in other sacred cities both on the way up and on the way back down from the Himalayas.
There will be many days near the Ganga, including three nights in Rishikesh, entering temples, singing public kirtans, wandering through incredible markets and bazaars, and absorbing the unique spiritual vibration of this sacred town.
This is not a shopping trip—but yes, we’ll have time for it. For a Westerner, the shopping can be absolutely amazing and unforgettable.

More than Tourism
Throughout the journey, Raghu and his assistants offer asana, philosophy, and readings from sacred texts, gently guiding each pilgrim into the inner rhythm of pilgrimage. We learn meditation, study timeless wisdom, and are sustained by delicious authentic Indian vegetarian meals prepared with care.
Because Raghu has spent much of his life in India in the company of sadhus and saints, we’re also welcomed into meetings with Vedic astrologers, swamis, and practitioner friends.

I’ve been on pilgrimage with Raghunath four times over the past ten years, and every single one has been incredible. You can feel how much care goes into every detail — nothing is random, everything has intention. Each day is filled with powerful places, deep stories brought to life through Raghu’s teaching, and kirtan that honestly stays with you long after the trip ends. It’s one of those experiences that keeps unfolding even after you’re back home. I already can’t wait to go again. -Mukunda Kishor Das, 51, Business Owner

Â
Raghunath’s Pilgrimage to India was and currently continues to be a deeply transformative experience for me. Leaving for pilgrimage as a directionless 17 year old, this pilgrimage gave me my purpose. Walking in places rich with spiritual history, prayer, and tradition brought my faith to life in a way I had never experienced before. Each day invited reflection, humility, and a deeper awareness of God’s presence—both within myself and the others on pilgrimage .
Beyond the sacred sites, Raghunath’s warmth, resilience, and generosity that left a lasting impression on me. The pilgrimage challenged me to step outside my comfort zone, to listen more attentively, and to see the world through a lens of compassion, gratitude, and service.
I returned home spiritually renewed, with a stronger sense of purpose and a faith that feels more grounded and alive. This pilgrimage was not just a journey to India, but a journey inward—one that will continue to shape how I live and serve others. Bringing me and others back time and time again -Tommy F., 21, Screen Printer

Going to India with Raghunath is really an incredible experience. He’s been guiding people through this sacred land for over 20 years. The whole trip is dialed in. It’s not trial and error . He brings you to the best places with the best people . You feel completely cared for and you don’t have to worry about a thing. At the same time he keeps the vibe high with daily bhakti lectures and emphasizes keeping your attention focused on what we are there for . Your connection with divinity. You won’t come home the same. Also you will make lifelong friendships . The whole experience keeps me coming back year after year. I don’t want to go with anyone else! -Braja Sundari Radha, 41, Business Owner

My first journey to India led by another group was profound. It opened the door. But the second pilgrimage with Raghunath revealed something completely different and unexpected. I was drawn to the loud, playful, radically joyful, and embodied way his community lived Bhakti. There was something so real, unfiltered, and magnetic about it—a lived spirituality that doesn’t fully translate through quieter or more formal settings.
The people Raghunath attracts—their life experience, humor, vulnerability, and devotion—made a life-changing impression on me. Through that pilgrimage, I found real community, lasting friendships, a rhythm of meaningful gatherings to look forward to, and most importantly, a personal devotion that taught me how to turn my will over to the loving care of Krishna.
I honestly don’t know if this path of devotion could have opened in my heart in the same way without the Supersoul community and its unique culture. Because of that journey, I now carry new rituals, a deeper relationship with my spirit soul, and a kind of self-love and trust in God that feels exciting, embodied, alive, and devotional. My life today is filled with more gratitude, more reverence, and more quiet miracles than ever before. -Michelle S., 43, CEO of Moxi Roller Skates

When I first traveled to India with Raghunath, I thought I was going on a yoga retreat. I had no idea I was stepping into a spiritual pilgrimage that would quietly and profoundly change my life. Through Raghunath’s guidance and presence, I experienced the spiritual heart of India not as a concept, but as something lived and felt. Something opened in me that I didn’t even know was closed.
That first journey shifted my understanding of yoga from something I practiced into something I lived, awakening a sense of purpose and connection I carried home. The people I met along the way became an unexpected gift. Fellow pilgrims who began as strangers became companions and lifelong friends, bonded through shared experiences in sacred places.
Because of that first pilgrimage, I have since returned to India and Nepal three more times with Raghunath. Each journey has gone deeper, offering continued insight, devotion, and growth. What began as a yoga retreat became a spiritual homecoming—one I am deeply grateful for. - Jenn H., 62, Retired Engineer and Yoga Teacher

As a yoga teacher I was drawn to Raghunath for the handstands and he ended up teaching me spirituality and Bhakti. I went on my first pilgrimage to India with Raghunath in 2016 and thought I’d be one and done and have continued to go on every India pilgrimage since then. There is something about their culture which appears they have so little materially but in actuality what they do have is so much spiritually. Pilgrimage sets a hook in your heart.Â
Raghunath is a strong charismatic leader and with his experience as a monk he will guide you and prepare you as you visit various cities, temples and holy sites with the consciousness of a pilgrim, not a tourist. His energetic storytelling and Kirtans will make you come back for more as the mirror of the heart gets cleansed in the process. It’s an incredible journey with the most amazing association and is a life changer for sure! -Lori P., Yoga Teacher, Yoga Teacher Trainer & Retreat Leader

My first experience in India was on pilgrimage with Raghanath in 2023. I had a kind of baptism by fire as our first stop was Varanasi. This is a highly charged and powerful city, a place where the living meet the dead and the dead meet God. This city impacted me greatly and it set the tone for the rest of the pilgrimage as each new city or village held its own unique and special secrets.
I reflect upon this daily and it propels me forward in my practice and spirituality. The pilgrimage shows you how people with so little materially can have so much faith and love of God, and we have so much materially and so little faith in God. Pilgrimage shows you what is important and how to care for others on all levels.
It definitely changes your perspective and implores you to make a change for the better. It also reintroduces you to God, and shows how you can have a relationship with him. You realize that all he wants is your love and he loves you no matter what. -Brian P. aka "Chief", 57, Carpenter, Retired US Navy Seabee

Why People Come Back
Raghu is one of those rare teachers that people don’t just travel with once. They return again and again—because each pilgrimage opens something deeper.
I’ve traveled through India with him many times, and I can honestly say I always leave spiritually high, re-oriented, and re-inspired. With the right guide, India doesn’t overwhelm you—it awakens you.
This is a rare and powerful opportunity:
a journey through sacred geography, sacred culture, and sacred sound.
Trust me when I say—your life will not be the same.
With love and devotion,
Prana-Priya
